1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing items in order

To be eligible:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products with tampered seals

  • Decants/samples (if applicable)

  • Change of mind


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Unboxing video (mandatory for claims)

    • Photos of product

  2. Our team will verify and respond within 48 hours

  3. Reverse pickup will be arranged (if approved)


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned product

  • Mode: Original payment method or store credit

For COD orders:

  • Refund via bank transfer or store credit


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Prepaid refunds processed within 5–7 business days


6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is offered only if the same product is available

  • Otherwise, refund or store credit will be issued


7. Fraud Prevention & Fair Usage

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject claims lacking proof

  • Block accounts with excessive return requests

  • Deny refunds in case of policy abuse
