  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 8pm IST will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We currently ship across India.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Remote or restricted locations

  • High order volumes

Shopacqua is not liable for delays caused by external courier partners, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos/videos of the package and product
